Returns and cancellations

We process orders quickly after they are confirmed. For this reason, an order cannot be canceled once it has been placed.

In accordance with applicable distance selling law, however, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return for eligible items. All requests must be made via our contact form, specifying the order number and the items concerned.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse any return that is clearly incomplete, altered, used, or does not comply with these conditions, within the limits permitted by law.

In the case of a return under the right of withdrawal, the return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

If you receive a defective item, an item damaged upon receipt, or an item that does not conform to your order, please contact us via our contact form before returning it, attaching useful photos if possible. After verification, an appropriate solution may be offered in accordance with applicable law.

Once the return is received and verified, if a refund is due, it will be made to the payment method used at the time of purchase, under the conditions and within the deadlines provided for by the applicable regulations.

Exchanges are not guaranteed. Depending on the situation and availability, an exchange, replacement, or refund may be offered.
