These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern distance sales concluded on this site between the seller and any consumer customer placing an order via the online store.

2. Products
The products offered for sale are those presented on the site, within the limits of available stock or order processing capacity.
The photographs, visuals, descriptions, and indications appearing on the site are presented with the utmost care. 4. Order

6. Delivery

Preparation and delivery times indicated on the site are provided as estimates. They may vary depending on the destination, carrier, logistical activity, or any event beyond the seller's control.
The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the order. In case of an error in the address, name, or any other information useful for delivery, the seller cannot be held responsible for the consequences.
When the order is marked as delivered by the carrier, any claim must be submitted via the contact form so that a verification can be initiated as appropriate.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law applicable to distance selling, the consumer customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons for their decision. This right must be exercised via our contact form.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Any return that is clearly incomplete, used, altered, soiled, washed, or degraded may be refused within the limits permitted by law.
In the case of a return under the right of withdrawal, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds, when due, are made to the payment method used at the time of purchase, under the conditions provided by applicable regulations and after receipt or justification of the return shipment, as appropriate.
8. Returns outside of withdrawal rights
Beyond the legal right of withdrawal, no return, cancellation, exchange, or refund is commercially guaranteed.

9. Defective, damaged or non-compliant product
If the customer receives a defective product, one damaged upon receipt, or one that does not conform to the order, they must contact the seller via the contact form before any return, attaching photographs and any useful information if possible.
The seller will then propose, depending on the situation and in accordance with applicable law, an appropriate solution which may include a replacement, a refund, or any other suitable measure.
10. Legal warranties
The customer benefits from the applicable legal warranties, including the legal warranty of conformity and, where applicable, the warranty against hidden defects under the conditions provided by law.
Legal warranties are mandatory and cannot be excluded by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
11. Liability
The seller cannot be held responsible for the non-execution or poor execution of the contract when it is attributable either to the customer, to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract, or to a case of force majeure.
Furthermore, the seller cannot be held responsible for disruptions, interruptions, or temporary unavailability of the site, provided that they do not result from gross or intentional negligence on their part.
