Can I cancel my order?

Our orders are processed quickly after validation. For this reason, an order cannot be canceled once placed.

Can I modify my order after purchase?

Orders are generally prepared within 24 to 72 business hours. Some items may require additional time before shipping.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Can I track my order?

Can my order arrive in multiple packages?

What should I do if my package is delayed?

What should I do if my package is marked as delivered but I haven't received it?

Contact us via our contact form with your order number. A check may be initiated depending on the situation.


Returns and Refunds

Can I return an item?

Yes. In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return for eligible items.

In what condition must the item be returned?

The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Are return shipping costs my responsibility?

For returns under the right of withdrawal, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

What should I do if I received a defective or non-compliant item?

Please contact us via our contact form before returning any item, attaching photos of the product concerned if possible.

Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges are not guaranteed. Depending on the situation and availability, an exchange, replacement, or refund may be offered.

When will I be refunded?

If a refund is due, it will be made to the payment method used at the time of purchase, within the applicable deadlines after receipt and verification of the return.

Are the product colors exactly the same as on screen?

We do our best to present the products as accurately as possible. However, slight color variations may exist depending on screens, lighting, or the printing process.

Are your products personalized?

No. The products offered on the site are not personalized at the customer's request.
