Preparation times

Orders are generally prepared within 24 to 72 business hours.

Some items may be produced on demand. In this case, an additional preparation time may apply before shipment.

For pre-orders, the estimated lead time is indicated directly on the product page. Pre-ordered items are shipped within the announced timeframe at the time of purchase.

Estimated delivery times

Once your order has shipped, the average delivery times are as follows:

  • France: 2 to 5 business days

  • Europe: 6 business days

  • Rest of the world: 8 business days

These times are indicative. They may vary depending on the destination, carrier, periods of high activity, or any customs formalities.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of payment, based on the destination and the contents of the order.

The exact amount appears before the final validation of the purchase.

Order tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Customs and taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may be requested by the destination country.

These potential charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

In case of an error in the address provided, we cannot guarantee the proper reception of the package. If the order has not yet been processed, contact us as soon as possible via our contact form.

Delay, loss, or delivery problem

If your order appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered when you have not received it, please contact us via our contact form, specifying your order number.

We will do what is necessary to open an inquiry with the carrier.

Orders in multiple packages

Depending on the products ordered, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. In this case, you will receive multiple shipping confirmations if necessary.
